FonComfortDynamic Routing

  • Lync application endpoint with database lookup and routing logic
  • Supports LDAP or SQL Databases
  • Administered through Powershell or Configuration tool
  • SQL offers most flexibility as any SQL statement can be used
  • Presence filter available: forward only on selected presence
  • Example Routing options:
    • Schedule based routing (Expert or emergency service number)
    • Area code based call forwarding
    • ANI based call routing to dedicated team or person
    • Quick presence based routing
